Job Purpose

The Manager, Operations & Policy Development will be responsible for providing inspired operations leadership for The Circle. This will involve developing, implementing and adjusting organizational operations and to formalize policies and procedures for our governing circle, team and members. This role will develop asynchronous working systems, will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and in the management of day to day operations alongside the CEO. This role will offer technical, vendor and contract support for the event planning, logistics and management of our various trainings, events and conferences. The position supports the CEO and Governing Circle, with both strategic and administrative support as needed.

The Manager, Shared Learning & Knowledge Creation will be responsible for providing inspired shared learning opportunities and creating knowledge mobilization tools for our members, partners and sector. This work will re-orient philanthropic research and learning toward Indigenous wisdom related to wealth redistribution, ethical stewardship, generosity, and reciprocity.

JOB PURPOSe

The Seasonal Coordinator will be responsible for providing professional, detail-oriented administrative support for the Seasonal Stewards and CEO as needed. Coordinate logistical needs for meetings, engagements and events for the Fall and Winter season. Ensure meeting materials are compiled; prepare summary and action item notes. The role will enable the team to shine and help our team grow in a thoughtful manner while continuing to build out a strong, efficient and visionary Indigenous led organization.
